The system works seamlessly through the Inquest platform, giving you instant or scheduled control over your vehicle’s starter circuit.

How to Use Starter Interrupt

‍

Option 1 — From the GPS Device List:

1. Navigate to the GPS Devices page.
2. Select the desired device from the left-hand column.
3. Click the red Disable Action button at the top of the page.
4. Choose Disable Now to cut starter power immediately, or Schedule Disable to set a future time.
5. Once disabled, the ignition status indicator will turn red, confirming the change.
6. To re-enable, select the same vehicle, click the Enable Action button, and confirm the reconnection.

Option 2 — From the LocateLive Page:

1. Locate the vehicle using LocateLive.
2. Access the Actions menu at the top of the page.
3. Select Disable or Enable as needed—the controls function identically to the main GPS Devices page.
